JOB Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification for Gujarat Health Department Recruitment 2020-21

• B.Sc Nursing From Recognized by Indian Nursing Council Institute. OR General Nursing & Midwifery (GNM) Diploma Course From Recognized by Indian Nursing Council. OR Auxiliary Nurse and Midwife (ANM) and Female Health Worker (FHW) who have been performing regular duties in the State Government or Panchayat Service for the last 10 years and have a B.Sc. (Nursing) or G.N.M. Those with academic qualifications can also apply for this position.
• It is mandatory to have permanent or periodically renewed registration of registered nurse and registered midwife in Gujarat Nursing Council while applying. Registration number of registered nurse as well as registered midwife or equivalent qualification must be shown in the application form. No other grounds will be accepted.
• Must have sufficient knowledge of both Gujarati / Hindi languages.

COH Staff Nurse Exam Syllabus Pattern 2020

Paper one will be of nursing subject. The marks in the paper 1 nursing will be as given as below.

• 20 Marks – fundamental of nursing
• 20 Marks – Mental health and psychiatric nursing
• 20 Marks – Community health nursing
• 20 Marks – Medical Surgical Nursing
• 20 Marks – Midwifery and pediatric nursing

Paper 2 is Gujarati language paper.

• Language – 30 Marks
• Grammar – 40 Marks
• Literature – 30 Marks

Total 100 questions will be asked in each paper and all the question will contain 1 mark.
