Bhavnagar Exam Pattern 2021 (Marking Method)
The marking method in the written examination for Above All Posts will be as follows.
- Question paper (purposeful), time – 2 hours, total marks – 180, total questions will be 90.
- 2 marks will be awarded for each correct answer. And,
- -0.6 marks for each wrong answer
- -0.6 marks for each blank answer
- -0.6 marks for each answer showing more than one option or shortlisted
- The answer to each question will have an option “E” “Not Attempted”. If the candidate does not wish to answer any question, he will be able to select this option and negative marking will not be applicable in case of selecting the “Not Attempted” option.

- 1 mark will be awarded for each correct answer. And,
- -0.25 marks for each wrong answer
- -0.25 marks for each blank answer
- -0.25 marks for each answer showing more than one option or shortlisted
- The answer to each question will have an option “E” “Not Attempted”. If the candidate does not wish to answer any question, he will be able to select this option and negative marking will not be applicable in case of selecting the “Not Attempted” option.
